We would ideally ask for a minimum of 12 months experience although training will be provided. You will provide support for the rest of our friendly team, core tasks which will include the following:
Logging, responding and managing customer requests.
Engage and communicate with customers via email, phone and face to face
Promote the company image and service
Effectively multi-task and prioritise daily responsibilities
Provide a professional service
Adhere to the systems and processes to ensure a consistent and seamless service.
Use internal systems and processes effectively and efficiently
Work well within the team
Undertaking such other duties required from time to time
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Confidence and the ability to manage your own time
You must be customer-focused
The ability to follow processes and procedures correctly
Start Date: ASAP
Basic salary will be based on the National Living Wage rates along with experience.
